Educational Highlights
Michael received his Bachelor of Music from the University of Arkansas, in piano performance. Michael studied piano under DR. Rick Andrews and DR. Neil Rutman. Michael's jazz piano study was under Tom Cox. Recipient of the 1990-1991 Friends of the Art scholarship award. In the summer of 1987, Michael studied music production and midi sequencing with John Hilliard, a visiting guest artist at UALR

Currently, Michael is a full-time faculty member at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in Recording Arts Technology and Piano. In addition, Michael is the staff accompanist for the UALR department of theatre and dance.
